About me

I am enthused by people – supporting and empowering them to grow, transform and maximise their potential through coaching.

As an Executive Coach, I bring over 30 years of business experience as a Chartered Accountant and a qualified risk and governance professional across a wide range of UK and multinational Financial Service organisations.

I have managed small and large teams over a range of functions, locations and disciplines, in fast-changing and challenging environments, and I'm experienced in stakeholder management up to board level.

I am also a charity trustee, college governor and the Chair of Trustee Board for Wiltshire Scouts, supporting the boards and acting as a “critical friend”. 

When I'm not working, I can usually be found outside walking the dog in all weathers, attempting to keep the garden under control or trying to get through the novels on my reading list!
